• For a 140+-year-old family business developed, and implemented a governance model, and a relationship model between Shareholders, Board, and executive entities.
• For a family in a transition between generations develop, implement, and manage a Family Constitution, and a Governance model during a two-year process overcoming internal disputes.
• Helped two family Mexican businesses develop a valuation and legal scheme as the basis for an operational structure that allows for the separation of the business between the families; a very successful effort that allowed for the implementation of a family constitution for each family.
• Helped a three-family-owned distribution company develop a family constitution for each family, restructured its operations in five countries, coached the newly appointed CEO to implement the new governance model, and helped spin off one of the families.
• Developed a family-owned business that provides structures to the construction industry, a family constitution, a governance model, inclusion of the next generation into the shareholder structure, and professionalized top management. During this process, top management was regularly coached. New technologies were implemented.
• For a privately-held, family-owned design service business, developed a governance model with corresponding operating manuals to each management level, established a roadmap towards succession and professionalization of the business to implement a new expansion business model. During this process, the new CEO was coached every week. New process and control technologies were implemented.
